PURIFIED POLYCLONAL HUMAN SECRETORY IgA
BP148
For In-vitro Research use
REAGENT:
PREPARATION: Purified human Secretory IgA is prepared from human milk obtained from a suitable individual donor. It is purified by ion exchange chromatography and gel filtration. The purified protein is confirmed to be essentially free of other host proteins by immunoelectrophoresis and SDS-PAGE. The purified protein is dialyzed into stabilizing buffer containing preservatives and 0.2m m filtered. The concentration of the purified protein is determined using a Secretory IgA radial immunodiffusion plate (The Binding Site Product Code RN148).
