MYELOPEROXIDASE (pANCA) ANTIGEN

SOURCE: Purified from human neutrophils from blood tested and found to be negative for HBs-Antigen, anti HIV-1, anti HIV-2. After coating onto ELISA plates the product will bind autoantibodies to myeloperoxidase (pANCA) antigen.

CONCENTRATION: 0.5 - 2.0 mg/ml

STORAGE & STABILITY: The product is stabilized with 0.1% Micr-O-Protect. Store at-20° C or below (long term). Avoid repeated Freeze thaw. Mix thoroughly before use.
